Late period

I had a scan at ivf clinic to check my follicles ready to start to take medication for a frozen embryo how the clinic said I have really good follicles and could See Me period is due any day this was on the 19 December my period still hasn't come I'm really worried

Don't panic mine was exactly the same, they told me that my womb lining was at the thickness it should be and I that my period was due to but nothing happened for two weeks, stress and worry play a massive part in it so as hard as it is just try and relax as they have to allow time for late AF's, it's really common xxx

Thank you I was so worried it's like it won't go out of my head I was OK till clinic said your due your period any day then it was just stuck in my head xxx

It also happened to me, I was delayed for 4 days...I did treadmill workout for 3 days....I think it is psychological pressure/stress coz I always have an on-time menstrual cycle period...
