Paracetamol! That's about it haha Xx

Hi Charlotte1984. Oh dear – not nice! As well as paracetamol, you could try hot lemon if you have a sore throat and menthol crystals as an inhalation if your nose is blocked. Drink plenty of water too. Keep off any anti-inflammatories such as Ibuprofen. Hope you soon feel better. Diane

Thank you feeling so rough today.

I been up since 1am in tears feeling really under the weather and my belly aches and it feels it's ripping inside.

I do think being ill as well doesn't help.

It's going to be one of those horrible days 😭😭😭😭😫😷😷😷
