I am 1dp5dt and am feeling very crampy and also achy so I can only assume this is normal.
Are you on the progestrogene suppositories? I think they also have nasty effects on you. Hate this process!

Hi Ro5ie. I agree with "RC01". Probably just down to the side effects of progesterone. Hope all soon settles down for you. Just rest when you can and keep up with drinking plenty of water. Diane
