7dp5dt on and off cramps, normal?

I had a 5AA transferred 7 days ago. Days 1,2 and 3 fine no problem, but from day 4 I have had on and off cramps. No other symptoms.

My other question is, can you period start while in the TWW? Heard mixed answers.

Cramping isn't necessarily a bad sign, it can be positive, meaning there's something going on in there. That's why the 2WW is such a headf**k!! Best of luck xxx

Hey I am 8 days past transfer and have had cramps, on and off for the past few days too. I now think they are down to the progesterone.. They’ve felt exactly the same as period cramps and I wondered the same thing - can my period start. It hasn’t and previous transfer it didn’t until I stopped the meds (last time I had cramps for first days after transfer then nothing by now so hoping cramps are a good sign). There’s just no telling what they mean!Good luck. Xx

I’ve had the same and I was on day 8dt, it’s worrying but like everyone says it can be good or meds so have to wait to test. When is your test day? Sending you baby dust xxxx

My test day is 5th feeling a little anxious about it. As I’ve had a few failed IUI’s but keeping my head held high no matter the result. Good luck to you too xxx

Think cramps are a really good sign. I genuinely believed af was imminent due to cramps, especially yesterday, but had some faint positives today at 9dpt. Good luck xx

Stay positive. This is a very good embryo. I have my son from the same quality embryo.

I got cramps on and off until I was about 3/4 months pregnant. Cramping isn’t always a bad thing. Stay positive. Good luck xxx

Usually the progesterone would stop your period, but it depends on how much you are on.The cramps can be from the meds or from implantation - the only way to know is to wait until test day 😫 not easy I know!!
