Appointment For Second Polyp Removing! ...

Hi Everyone..

Hope you are all well. I have had the appointment through to have the polyp removed from my womb, then hopefully we can get on with transferring my embryo! I am a little nervous about going in for polyp removing as last time i started with PID straight after and ended up in hospital for days on a drip! Hoping that theres nothing like that this time and everything goes well fingers crossed, seriously couldnt face another delay! lol My appointment is 18th of October so a while away yet..Wishing all of you loads of luck in your journeys and sprinkling lots and lots of baby dust to us all!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Aw fingers crossed for a nice straightforward treatment this time then! Have they given you any idea how long after the polyp removal you can have your FET? Xxx

no they just said to contact them once i have had polyp removed so thats the plan for now lol..hope your doing ok honey xxx

That sounds like they should be able to do it fairly soon then which is great! Yeah I am doing alright, the clinic rang me yesterday to arrange my follow up appointment which is next Thursday, so not long to wait now. Having good days and bad days at the min but starting to feel more positive xxx

Hi liz1985. Hope all goes well with the polyp removal. In view of what happend last time with the PID, maybe ask whether you need any antibiotic cover?? Thinking of you. Diane

Thankk you everyone..yeah not exactly looking forward to it after last time, but tbh i thought i would def mention what happened last time to ask if there is anyway they can prevent it happening again, i was quite shocked how fast the appointment was thought i may have to have consultation first but happy to get it over and done with also lol good luck honey and im glad your feeling a little more positive...GOOD LUCK!! xx
