Hi amie1 I was told by my clinic to rest up for at least a week to allow the embryo to settle and do what it needs to. I was told no heavy lifting, hoovering cleaning etc so just tried to take it easy. Xx

My embryologist gave some good advice ... he said not to do anything I could blame myself/feel guilty about if I got a bfn (even if it had nothing to do with outcome in reality). Travelling means suitcases, lots of social situations when feeling hormonal etc. It would probably be fine but its a lot of worry to put yourself through xxxx

Yes I agree. I was looking forward to it and I know it's for the best. I agree I would blame it if things didn't go right. X

I wouldn't you are better to relax and take it easy for at least 48 hours. You would technically be OK by Monday depends on how heavy going the conference would be x

I spoke with the nurse today she said the same. So told work I can't go. It's for the best. I would blame it if everything didn't go to plan. Thanks for your advice x
