Accupunture and delayed period

Hi ladies

Do any of you know if accupunture can delay a period? I was meant to start yesterday and I haven't....too scared to take a pregnancy test x

Hi nd1987. Trials have shown that acupuncture can help to regulate your menstrual cycle, and also cut down on blood loss. It shouldn't delay it, but you can always ask your acupuncturist. Diane

Thank you Diane for your reply, I have text her and she said that it shouldn't delay it. I am going to take a test today but not hoping for much!! X

I just done a test and it was negative.... it was a digital test... Guess it's a no!

I did acupuncture and he managed to lengthen then shorten my cycle, don't know how! 😵

Acupuncture rebalances your body, I'm having reflexology it works in a similar I way, and it can change things a little while it takes effect. Your general wellness should be better too so it all helps. Good luck next time x

Thank you mrsjj I have decided if I don't start by the weekend again I will take another test!!
