NK And cytokines test results - help!

After a failed FET we have paid for a NK and cytokines test. We have received the results and had a long list from the clinic as to what they recommend I should take (£3000 worth of injections and steroids etc!)

Now I don't mind paying this as we will do anything to get pregnant but I feel like I want a second opinion as to whether it's all necessary. Can anyone recommend anyone I can send my results to for them to have a look? To me it all just looks like numbers and I feel so lost 😢
