I have had 2 iui treatments and they weren't successful for me.However I am sure it will be ok for you. The first session I was on chlomid but that meant my womb linning thin. The second treatment I used menapour injections. Very easy to use. The treatment itself wasn't that painful.
Awww don't be too worried I was very anxious about it all. My lovely husband got the injections ready for me and gave them to me. I wouldn't have been able to do it myself. But that's because I don't like needles! You should try you tube videos as there are some good ones which show women giving them self injections for iui and ivf treatments. The actual iui itself was easy! It's a bit uncomfortable but it's over with so quick. I found the 2 week wait the hardest out of all of it. Your mind plays tricks on you and I obsessed over every sympton! We have our follow up appointment this Thursday and I know the next step for us will be ivf.
Don't give up hope with chlomid Just yet- I fell pregnant with it on my last cycle of it and was waiting to start IUI! X
I've done ivf and iui. Haven't had a positive yet. But found iui was less stressful and made me stay more myself throughout even with the injections. Good luck x
