Hi All.

Thought I would share my experience so far. Since our BFP on Sat I have had some nasty cramping and a fair amount of bleeding. So phoned up clinic first thing Monday morning in a bit of a panic as have had two miscarriages before.. So had a HCG blood test and my result came back as 468 which we were fairly happy with, have had a nail biting couple of days and went back this morning for my second HCG blood test and it came back just over 1000. We are over the moon. Obviously we are not out of the woods just yet. I wish in a way I could go to sleep for the 9 months LOL.. So first scan booked is in a couple of weeks . have been told if any problems before to ring them and ill probably be sent to the early pregnancy unit.. Hope you are all well XXX

Your readings sound awesome!! Mine sounds low compared to your result 2 days after bfp, but it has doubled (from 95 to 189) which is the important thing and the clinic were happy with it so who am I to question it!?! Haha. It's such a mind-f@*k isn't it when you're bleeding! xx

Wow, that sounds good. I was never offered a bloodtest, so don't even know what my hCG is, but had to take a home pregnancy test and let them know the result. OTD was a week ago today (positive!!), but my scan is not until another 3 weeks from now. I suppose we all have to get used to the ongoing waiting in this whole process.
