After my recent diagnosis of premature ovarian insufficiency we have decided to consider egg donation, can any one give me any advice about this either here in the uk or abroad. Just don't know where to start with moving forward with it.
Thanks in advance

After 3 fresh failed attempts we are looking at either IVF abroad or egg donor as I am the one with the issue at least it gets to be hubby sperm.
Look at the Gest Praga medica clinic they are really helpful xx
~We are doing this as well having one failed ICSI and told we have a 5% chance of my eggs working. We have having an NHS go with Donor and just waiting for an appointment to discuss with donor specialist. x
We used an egg sharing donor after 2 failed rounds of ICSI with my eggs. We decide to stay in the UK so if you want details of the private clinic we used PM me. We got offered a donor really quickly.
You might want to have a look at the Donor Conception website it answered a lot of my questions.
Hi, I would be interested in trying donor eggs in the UK. I've had 2 failed ICSI and the final attempt for us resulted in a BFP last Wed, only to have an immediate moderate bleed that lasted a wk and ended in a failed pregnancy. No reason why. Needless to say I'd like to consider another clinic as I feel so bad walking into our other one and no info/reason is making my heart sink. Many thanks
Hi low amh and high fsh here... was written off by my local clinic as IVF being waste of time and money. Gave us a coping with infertility website and leaflet and sent us packing.
After lots of digging and posts on FB and fertilityfriends.co.uk I opted for DE IVF with ICSI in Gennet Prague.
Successful first attempt and I became a first time mum at almost 43.
We were blessed with March March 2012 and THE BEST thing we ever did x
Hiya, we had the same news in the summer. Ive had counselling weekly through St Marys in Manchester to cope with it - it was a complete and utter shock, and it has been a really really rough few months (I've been off work for 2 months now) but feel like we're through the worst of it. We're going to Manchester Fertility tomorrow to get things started with donor eggs. Half terrified, half excited! I've been in touch with a few people via the Donor Conception Network who have been absolutely amazing - so definitely recommend getting involved with that.
Get in touch if you want to, it is so utterly heartbreaking and isolating as well.
We used a donor egg back in June and I am now 29 weeks pregnant. If you feel this is your only chance definitely go for it. PM me if you want any more info about clinic we used etc. good luck xx
Thank you so much for all your advice, has definately helped and am going to make a start doing some research n looking at some of the website you have all suggested, thanks again xx
