Anyone had a transfer at Barts in terms last couple of weeks to 3 weeks? What was/is the result?

Recently had a transfer which didn't turn to a pregnancy this week. Period showed up over the weekend. I want to know if anyone else had the experience I had. It clearly didn't feel like personalised treatment. More or less a one size fits all type of treatment and I wasn't impressed. Made us feel we wasted time and rethinking how to approach a next cycle when we get one.

I thought other people would have had the same experience. Please elaborate. Thanks.
