Hi bobenhams3. Good luck for your frozen cycle. I hsd my frozen embryo transfer done in aug but sadly we werent successful. I was given progesterone tabs to take daily from day 5 of my cycle i think it was. I think i only had one or two scans before my transfer. Its more natural way in regards to meds etc but hopefully you will be lucky. Its much easier than the full cycle definitely. Wishing you all the best and sending you baby dust xx
I just had a FET last week. If yr doing a natural cycle they count half way into it and then start testing for ovulation hormone. So say a 28 day cycle they would start from day 14, with mine it was a bit later on. Once they find the hormone then it's about 4-6 days after that you get the FET.
My clinic did blood tests to find the hormone but most seem to give you ovulation sticks to test at home. I didn't need any time off work for the blood tests as had them first thing and then could go to work after. The only day off I took was on the FET day itself. So much easier than a fresh cycle.
