It seems I am out, it 11dp5dt today and I got negative on urine test.
I had blastocyst transfer and clinic did 3 blastocyst all at once, one was slow and finally reach blastocyst on day 6 and freeze.
I am planning to do the frozen transfer immediately AF comes, Although my OTD is Tuesday(3rd Oct) but given this today's urine test negative- I lost hope.
My question will be how many weeks does it takes to do transfer of Frozen blastocyst after AF ?
Please, guide on frozen stage will be well appreciated.
I want to just wrap up with all this as I am relocating to UK by 20th of Oct and I don't want to leave the frozen blastocyst behind

So sorry to hear about your negative test, it's so crushing, I hate pregnancy tests.I also wanted to be over and done with everything asap but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work like that. With me, I had a fresh embryo transfer - negative test, then the clinic suggested to have a natural menstrual cycle to let the body rest (common practice, apparently), frozen transfer on the next menstrual cycle. So I had my first, fresh transfer at the start of March and the frozen transfer on 1st June.
Sorry to hear about your BFN. I was also told to have a bleed after a failed transfer then could try with the following period. From the point of the period cycle that you are going to transfer it takes 18-19days. Good luck x
Hi Fauzytt. Pleased you’re moving forward with this. If you have a regular menstrual. Cycle, then have a clear cycle, then you will be ready to start a natural cycle. You let the clinic know on the first day of your period. You will probably have to check for ovulation, then go in for transfer. That’s a rough idea as they have varying protocols. Let’s hope the next embryo is the one. Good luck. Diane
Dear Diana,Thank you for your message, I have honestly been looking forward to it.
I have extremely no regular cycle (PCOS). Since my two ectopic my period has totally stopped coming naturally (so frustrating) unless it been trigger.
I am always curious about why does ectopic get implantated and my Transfers keep failing( I have done total of 7 embryo transfer within 3cycles with no success; 5 blastocyst and 2transfer of day 3.)?
Does it mean my womb is not good? The 2 clinic I used kept telling me - nothing is wrong with my uterus- it perfect. I am just confused bcs I don't want to transfer the last day 6 blastocyst without knowing the underline cause of the implantation which is the final stage of IVF.
So much question and yet Doctors says nothing is wrong.😔
Tomorrow is my OTD and will be going to clinic. I am confused of what to ask and decision to take forward
Hi. Did you lose your tubes when you had the ectopic pregnancies? If not, then any excess lubrication in your tubes could be leaking into the womb and possibly preventing a developing embryo from implanting. This could happen with any scarring or blockage in the tubes when the ectopics were removed. Your womb lining and follicle growth will be managed ready for embryo transfer. You could ask about a hysteroscopy to check your womb and take a biopsy of the lining if not already done. Ask if taking low dose soluble aspirin, or heparin could help to ensure good blood flow and help prevent clot formation. You could even try eating pineapple core for the same reason. Hope that helps and I wish you well. Diane
Yes, I lost both my tubes. I am tubeless and don't have any changes to try natural again (so disheartened). With the both tube cut off, do I still need to worry about leaking ?
I have only done Hsg and Sonohysterogram in the past. I have asked both clinic for hysteroscopy but they both told me it of no use since the previous assement using Hsg and Sono never showed any abnormality that if they saw any problem they would have ask for hysterscopy. Do you think I should insist or get it done somewhere else before trying again with the frozen?
I will research on Biospsy and see to get it done before trying again.
I don't mind waiting a year before trying to transfer the frozen, If I could get to the root of the implantation failure. I am not sure I can go through all the IVF process of stimulation if the frozen fails again - We are financially exhausted at this point.
