Hi Smallcat

I didnt personally take CoQ10 when I was bettling for 6 years, however I know a little about it - it is a supplement that is believed to improve egg health and fertilisation rates. CoQ10 Ubiquinol is a better supplement than Ubquinone because it is in the active form so doesn’t need to be converted by the body.Ubiquinol is also eight times more potent than ubiquinone.

As with all supplements, there are those that are for them and those that are against them. It is also worth speaking with a nutritionist you trust or one who has been recommended.

Google Coenzyme Q10 and you'll find lots of info. A trustworthy source I know of is PillarHealthcare and on page 3 of their blogs, see 'Dietary and Lifestyle tips'.

Good luck x
