Irregular menstration

Hey i am 23 years old and got married before 1 year & 6 months.The problem is i have irregular period (approx 3 months cycle) but i want to conceive fast.I feel tired most of the time as well as i am suffering from blury vision,stress,hearburn,sweating,thirst and food craving,less energy,short breathe etc.Doctor said i have high prolactin level i.e 62 . I am taking glucophage nowadays.i used ovulation kit for finding most fertile days but after 10 days hcg comes out 0.57. Please suggest me anything about how can i conceive easily because day by day i am getting more depressed about my health that what is going on.

Hi. I sympathise with you. We've been ttc for 4 years and my cycle varies from 28day to 56 days. My doctor put me on clomid for 3 months to regulate me so I'd ovulate when I should. Unfortunately it didn't work for me but it did for a friend of mine. I'd go back the doctors and ask if he can prescribe you this.

I understand how hard it is when you want a baby yet even the most normal thing like your cycle is posing a problem but try stay positive, it will happen eventually. xx

Hi Vaniya. Sorry to read that you are having problems trying to conceive. I am afraid I disagree with your prolactin level being high. High levels would read 600-900 or even higher! Have you been given Glucophage because you are diabetic or because your doctor thinks/knows you have a hormone imbalance?? It seems to me that you need to have a referral to a fertility specialist for correct testing and investigations. Once investigated the appropriate treatment can be recommended. Perhaps see your GP again with this in mind. I wish you well with it all, and hope that you can be sorted out soon. Diane
