IVF Hammersmith

Hi everyone, we have just been put forward for IVF at the Hammersmith (NHS). We have to call next week to arrange our coordination appointment.

Has anyone had recent experience there? How long did you have to wait for a coordination appointment? I'm so keen to get started now!

I would love to hear from anyone who's been through this clinic!

Thanks,

Vicky.

  • Hi, thanks so much for getting back to me. I hope you don't mind me asking but are you NHS funded?

When you called to make the coordinator appt did they have a long waiting list? What is your two week wait before treatment for now? Sorry so many questions.

I'm so excited but also just so scared. We've been TTC for well over 2 years now and in that time I have never released a single egg. It's so frustrating.

So nice to meet a fellow Hammersmith patient though. In it together!!! Have you always been with the Hammersmith?

    Thanks again,

    Vicky.

  • I will inbox u my number Hun text me. X

  • Thank you so much for your reply.

I'm so sorry to hear your cycle failed and I hope at your appt you are given some ways to move forwards. It's such an emotional rollercoaster isn't it. I'd love to hear how you get on.

When you called to make your coordination appt, how long was their waiting list? Were there appts that week? I'm so anxious to get going and also need to plan with work.

Thanks for your help and really good luck for your next steps xx
