We signed our forms just before the cycle started.

Have you had all your tests etc done yet?

From going to our 2nd appointment for the results of the tests to nurse consultation it was around 6 weeks later

Ours was very quick! When we got the funding letter saying we had been approved, our first ivf appt was about three weeks later. They sent us a welcome pack with consent forms in the post as well as a list of blood tests that we needed done. We got those done and the consent forms signed before we went and as we had our first appt on day 1, we begin down regging on day 21 of this cycle, now 2 weeks tomorrow! Wishing you lots of luck xx

The first appointment we had once we had been referred was a 'booking appointment' which involved going through LOADS of forms and information. We had to take ID and sign/fill out a lot of stuff. It took about an hour. The appointment was with a nurse too. She also explained how we would do injections etc when we were ready to start them. Maybe check whether appointment 1 is a booking appointment? X

Strange we didn't have to sign anything. It was basically just to say they would "give it a go" now on another waiting list until at least Aug 😐 xx
