10dp2dt and feeling rubbish

Hi, just needed to have a moan. Been feeling run down and fatigued since the weekend. Now I've managed to catch a cold from my husband which usually doesn't happen as my immunity is normally quite good. My face hurts with all the sinus pressure and last night I noticed my feet were burning. My test date is still 5 days away. I think I'd be too afraid to test when it comes to it so I definitely don't feel the need to test early. Anybody had the same systems and gone on to get a bfp?? I've had just a few cramps and hardly noticed sore boobs.
