this may seem like a really naive question, but are you supposed to get your period while taking Buserelin (I guess that's a good way to get the thickness of the endo down?). My period is due directly before I start the Buserelin, so just wondering what to expect - will I get a 'second' period?

Thanks Piglet - it's just something I hadn't thought about at all. I'd take the worst period in the world if it meant a positive outcome at the end. Sadly, that's not how it works though
How are you today? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for your blood test results, although I'm sure you'll be fine xxx
No it's not always how it works unfortunately. I'm doing ok thank you. After a good nights sleep. Went to bed at 8pm. And only woke up at 8am. I'm hoping it will be. Got this far after all. how are you doing. X
Hi Seekingpeace, I think piglet12 has already answered your question you should get a second bleed it may be late or early than you normaly have your period, mine was about 4 days late but don't get worrying, it can be light or heavy either way nothing to worry about. Hope your well. XX
Thanks dear - just one more thing to add to the list I guess. In the grand scheme of things I'm sure it will be minor. I just wonder what other things I haven't thought about - still, it'll keep me on my toes. How are you keeping?
Yes, there is alot to take in and remember i have to take about 3 different tablets so trying to remember if i've taken that one, Im not to bad thankyou i had alot of pain from doing my burserelin injection last night you would had thought they will get easy after doing them for 2 and a half wks now, after calling my clinic this moring the nurse told me to try doing them in my leg due to my stomach could be very tender from all the injections and that it can harden, the pain i had from doing it last night has put me right off in doing it altogther Xx
Hi seeking peace, the other ladies have answered your question but I just wanted to reassure you it's not a naive question at all. I somehow got it in my head I wouldn't have one and as I'm a mess on mine I was a right state when it came along. Wish I had thought to ask the question beforehand as at least I would have been prepared. Take care.
