I had my scan today and was told I was 7 weeks and saw a heart beat. Unfortunately there a large amount of hemeraging that's still active and the reason why I have been bleeding. The hemeraging is same size as my whom. They said it could go either way now so I must rest.
We are not looking hopefull now.
Has anyone experienced this and been ok?

Thankyou, I've taken a week off work to rest I guess I took it for granted finding out it worked and didn't rest much. Hope all goes well for you and yr journey!
Hi stellawaddingham. So sorry to hear that this is happening to you, and nothing I can really say. However, in my midwifery days, we often had ladies with threatened miscarriages, that eventually settled down. All you can do, is what you are doing – resting. Make sure you keep up with your progesterone pessaries/gel too if you have been prescribed them. Obviously, I am keeping everything crossed for you. Diane
Hi Stella, not sure if this was the same thing but my sister-in-law had bleeding with her pregnancy and it sounds like what you describe, it settled by about 10 weeks and she is now 19 weeks pregnant. Granted she did not have fertility treatment so don't know if that makes a difference but wanted to give you at least a bit of positive hope that all may not be lost. Look after yourself and keeping everything crossed for you xxx
