How far gone am I?

Does anyone know how far gone I am if on 23rd I will be 4 weeks after egg transfer but do the doctors put few extra weeks on? Am I classed as 6 weeks ? Confused

Fairly certain 6 weeks. Try the online due date calculator for IVF. Asks about embryo transfer, whether blastocyst, etc

Yes I think you more or less add 2 weeks to your actual conception date. So although our egg collection/fertilisation was 4th June a doctor would count back to technical first day of ovulation. I think with IVF it seems more confusing because we can say exactly WHEN fertilisatiation took place... I couldn't get my head around it for a few days. But just go with it! It's not like you're going to forget any of those dates! X

Hey, the weeks are counted from your first day of the last period. Example, my last period started 11th June. I had embryo transfer on 26th June but I am classed as 4.5 weeks pregnant and not 2.5. Strange I know but nice that we will get to meet our babies 2 weeks earlier lol xx
