I did just that last week as I was having some mild side effects from the rigevidon (contraceptive pill) as part of my down regs. I was told by the nurse and doctor that what I was experiencing was normal and this put my mind at ease....

However...

They called me back and said they were able to move me up by a month as another couple had asked to postpone their treatment! So instead of taking the pill for one month and starting suprecur at the end of May... We start suprecur TONIGHT!

Our new projected date for egg collection is 6th June instead of 25th June. All being well...

A bit scary trying out the 'demonstrator' injections but husband was there and had no issues with it. He gets the job of injecting...

Thankfully I only have to take the pill for 6 more days but the side effects are wearing off. I'm now just getting acne and some bloating (and hunger!).

We're so lucky everything is falling into place.... I just hope I can get through the next 4 weeks without any major hiccups....

You're never ready anyway! It always creeps up on you and there are always excuses to postpone and chicken out. We are starting our final attempt in a few weeks. (?!). Go for it and be brave. Think of it like a crazy roller coaster ride.
