Hi I had a Eptopic pregnancy 9 years ago and I had my right fallopian tube removed and was told my left tube is damaged too, it is full of fluid called a hydrosalpinx, it will be hard for you to conceive naturally with your remaining tube so you may need IVF. x
Hi jamboclare. So sorry to hear that you have suffered an ectopic pregnancy resulting in the loss of one of your Fallopian tubes. Once you have recovered from your operation, it might be an idea to have your other tube investigated thoroughly, as a damaged tube can sometimes give rise to another ectopic pregnancy, or may not even be patent. Of course if it is found that the tube is still working, then there may be the possibility of a normal pregnancy, but I think I would get it checking out first. Diane
