Accupunture when going through ivf?

Has anyone tired or having accupunture while going through ivf? Does it work? What's your experiences?

I did acupuncture on my second round, got a lot more eggs than the first round, and went on to get a +ve result, which unfortunately ended with a chemical pregnancy. I enjoyed it and did daily meditation too. I didn't do acupuncture for my 3rd round as due to a job change, I would have struggled to get there, and decided the stress of trying to do that and fight a cummute and leaving work early wasn't worth it.

They recommend that you start a few months ahead of treatment so that they can help with the preparation of your body, but don't worry if you don't do that. The two most important sessions are the ones on egg collection and egg transfer.

I'm due to start my second cycle on Easter Friday and had my first acupuncture appointment last night. I didn't have acupuncture in my first cycle so wanted to do things differently this time round. I found it relaxing and very interesting how she could tell so much from my pulse and tongue. It is suggested that you have acupuncture the day before egg collection and on the day of transfer. I've decided to go with the acupuncture, I stress alot so hopefully this may calm me down lol.
