Egg collection done

Got 15 eggs. Partners sample also looked ok so they have opted for ivf rather than icsi. Fingers crossed for tomorrow that some have fertilised.

Oh well done that's great news, we had 16 eggs and 9 fertilised.....I remember waiting for that call, I was so nervous....couldn't stop crying from relief that we had any. Good luck for tomorrow, fingers crossed for you xxx

Just found out that 7 have fertilised. Some looking better than others. Fingers crossed we have something to transfer.

Hi purplepixie, I was so nervous about our fertilised eggs.......on day three the embryologist rang to say that out of our 9 there were 4 good ones and a couple of poor ones. By day 5 we only had 2 good embryos and they transfered just 1. Like a lot of people say....it only takes 1 to get pregnant xxx
