Can you stop taking formalyn hormone drug after a week?

my daughter has taken this drug for 9 days and is having second thoughts. (panicking) is it possible to stop straight away? what will the side effects be? Thank you

Hi sootyann. I’m afraid I’ve never heard of “formalyn hormone”. Are you sure you have the right name? Regards Diane

Hi Diane, Many thanks for your reply...my daughter rang the clinic and they told her to stop taking the drug (I can't remember the name, sorry, it could be metformlin or similar - I would ask her but I can't contact her at the moment - but she did say it's commonly used in the treatment for diabetes???) Anyhow the advice they gave her was to stop immediately as she was getting really bad headaches and she has an appointment once she returns...
