I did a fresh ivf transfer in April & it failed I got a period in April on day 28, it was very light but lasted 7 days mostly spotting towards the end. My normal cycle is between 27-32 days. Now this would be my 2nd cycle after failed IVF & I am now on day 37! & it is still not showing up. I am having some cramping as i mormally would get right for several days now, but nothing. What is going on, has anyone had this happen? I took a hpt on Mon & it was negative. I am going on vacation in a few days & i can't really focus on that. I am due to start my FET but this is delaying everything. Please share your experience/comments.

Late period after failed IVF.
Hi shakers . This will be my third period since our failed ivf in March. My cycle is normally around 29 days. Last month it was day 35 when my period eventually came. So far this month I'm on day 29. No sign yet though but know I won't be pregnant. Enjoy your holiday and hope your period doesn't spoil it for you.

Hi Shakyra. Oh dear! This can happen post infertility treatment. It’s all just probably down to your hormones sorting themselves out after being “messed around”, and can take 2 or 3 months to do so. If you have time before your holiday, pop and see your GP if you can, just in case you should need something to “kick start” you back into a regular cycle. Hope all is soon resolved. Kind regards Diane
Well sorry.you seem to be up and down. I had failed ivf 1 month ago and like clock work my period showed up on the day I failed ivf. We had ET in 8 nov and I got a 2 day bleed on 15th nov then nothing until yesterday but cramped for 2 weeks before it came. Body is useless never fails me.
Some times my period actually goes back on its self.
Not sure that helped at a ll. Sorry it's causing you a delay bet you wanna just yet started.
Good luck with your journey hope it's will be successful xxx
