Silly question? Ate mouldy pineapple

This might be silly but I had a few pieces of pineapple this morning, one of them tasted very sour so I didn't eat any more. I then turned over the pineapple to find mould on the bottom. I'm nearly 5 weeks pregnant at the moment and panicking that this could cause a miscarriage?? I stupidly googled and found all sorts of contrasting things. Could I have given myself listeria? I feel stupid for not checking, I'm following the nhs food guidance carefully but didn't think to worry about fruit

Chances of catching something from foods except raw chicken etc is extremely low. Try not to worry x

That's great congrats!!I'm a bit nervous all the time as you can tell from my pineapple freak out 😆! Other than that just easily tired and feeling a tiny bit unwell when i wake up. Haven't had any blood tests but they have booked me for a scan next Tues 🤞. How are you doing?

Thankyou. Totally understand the nervous!! I’m not sleeping well. Up on the night all the time for a wee really isn’t helping!!!

Wow that’s early for a scan. My clinic want to see HCG levels rising and then they will ask me to get a scan. My clinic is in Spain though so I’ll have to organise myself.

I have noticed that reading other peoples posts. I think you just have to trust and go with your own clinic. 💖
