Folic Acid

In my blur this morning I cannot remember for the life of me if I took my folic acid and vit d tablet or not. I was rushing for my scan as I'm 7+4 weeks. Now I'm 2nd guessing myself. Should I take another one just in case I did forget or should I skip today altogether? Forgetfulness at the moment is a pain! Thanks all.

Missing one day should not be a problem - maybe put a wee reminder on your phone for the future.

Reminder has been set. I just have total fog of what I did in the kitchen this morning! 😂😂

It went so well. Baby is measuring perfectly and a fab strong heartbeat😍
