I’m 11+5 today and this morning we had a Harmony test and also a nuchal scan with blood test. For the Harmony test result we have to wait 7 days, but the results of the scan and combined blood test came back as low risk.
The baby moved and jumped around the whole time during the scan, he/she was super active! We were not expecting this, just amazing to watch! This is a huge milestone after suffering from 3 miscarriages (2 in only 5 months). Still can’t believe I got pregnant naturally the same month of my last miscarriage.
My subchorionic hematoma is looking smaller and they said if I hadn’t asked they would not even mention about it as it looks small.
Now hoping the Harmony test results come back fine but for now we enjoy this milestone!

I'm anxious as the bleeding seemed to stop for a few hours and then started back up again so it's been going for 9days now. But still have some symptoms and another scan this coming Wednesday🤞🤞 just trying to get through the next few days. Lovely to see your update🥰
Aww I really hope so 😊 my scan was ok and they said from the size it was 5 weeks and 5 days. I could see a heartbeat to but the sonographer said it was a bit too early and asked me to go back in 2 weeks. Fingers crossed we’ll get a definite confirmation this time. xx
My son was born in October from a fresh transfer following a round of icsi. 3 frosties patiently waiting for when/if we decide to dip our toes into the water again!
Hi just trying to take things day by day, I have booked a scan for Thursday I should be about 7.5 weeks so just really hoping that we get some good news and then maybe I can relax a little xx
That’s a good time for a first scan! Let us know how it goes on Thursday but I trust it will be all good! These unexpected miracles after ivf don’t happen for no reason xxx
I am ok, thanks for asking! I’m 24 weeks tomorrow and will be going for a private scan since I have been on holiday abroad recently and wanted some reassurance. She moves a lot, which is good, but I’m not used to the feeling yet, it feels like my guts are turning. I’m hoping it becomes more natural with time 😬. Are you finding out the gender? I relaxed much more after I got the results of NIPT. Very excited for you!!
Awww you are expecting a little girl 🥰 Did you find out at your 20 weeks scan or with the NIPT? To be honest I don’t care about the gender but I am very very curious!
I found out with the NIPT at 10 weeks (asked the doctor to only tell us the gender if test didn’t find any anomalies). We didn’t mind boy or girl and even considered not finding out at all since we had been through a lot to get here, but I’m also a very curious person and didn’t think I’d be able to hold until the end to find out… It was such a special moment to hear that everything was ok and the gender at the same time 🥰.
I am just soo pleased to see this 🥰🥰🥰 I really hope the rest of the tests will come back without issue’s and hopefully once past the 12 week you can maybe start relaxing a little bit more after your history of losses. Although if you are anything like me the worry never goes away fully but it does get a little bit easier! And great to hear the hematoma looks so much smaller now and hopefully just disappears and no new ones appear 🤞🏼🥰
I’m sure the anxiety will never go fully away! For now I can be happy for the milestone and I know most people don’t even do a Harmony if they are low risk after the nuchal. What did you decide to do in the end? How is your hematoma doing? 🥰
We decided not to have the tests as our risks were low on the screening tests from the NHS and figured even if it was higher I wouldn’t risk more invasive tests anyway and would just see what happens. No reason to spend a lot of money or risk a false positive and stress about it so we left it! Instead paid for an extra private scan at week 17 to check all going well for re assurance.
I know what you mean. I’m doing all the checks under the sun for reassurance! I still have to do the nuchal with NHS next week. Hopefully after all of this I will relax a bit! Xx
I’m feeling pretty good thanks, very heavy! My bump is truly like a bowling ball now so moving around is challenging at times! Still can’t believe this is happening, it’s all very magical after the years of infertility. I’ll never take this for granted and I’m sure you feel the same about your growing bump ❤️ Enjoy the milestones and take it easy x x x
He is called James. He is doing great thank you - he is currently picking up every bug on the planet at baby groups so I got to spend the weekend vomiting 🤦♀️😂 So begins 5 years of non-stop illness! xx
Yeah it probably will, scans only settle the nerves for a few days. 🙄But every little milestone is a step closer to meeting your miracle. 💕I’m lucky, I’m 36 weeks now so not long to go. I only found this forum really when I was very early pregnant this time so I have really only been reading it and not posting much, but I really wish I had found it earlier in my journey , the support here is amazing. I recognise the names at this stage though so it’s great to see positive tests and things moving forward for people. It really is heartbreaking journey 💕
Yes🙈! Tommy is now 2 and a half and Charlie is 8 months! Flying over! Yes we used clomid again second time and it worked first cycle, I was shocked as it took 4 with tommy!xxx
Oh I know, I thank the stars everyday for my little ones! Clomid literally changed our lives and I’m forever grateful! So happy for you being on this exciting journey! Nerves are so normal but just enjoy every min that you can❤️
I'm feeling OK (if you don't count constantly nauseous 🤦🏼♀️) I'm waiting for my 12 weeks nhs scan in a couple of weeks but have a private scan booked for next week - couldn't wait that long to make sure all still OK!I don't know whether I'll ever stop worrying and symptom spot 🤷♀️
I have my NHS scan next week so our due date must be close. Probably the worry will not stop until we feel them kick day and night 🤣 Keep us updated! Xx
Had a private scan yesterday and saw the little one wiggle about, feeling more reassured!!My due date is 13th January, I'm 11 weeks this week Friday. What's yours? X
Awww this is amazing news! What a gorgeous pic. I remember seeing the babies bouncing around.....its truly unbelievable isn't it?! I'm so so so happy for you both. Lots of love and wishing you all the best for the rest of your pregnancy!! Wooooooo hooooooo🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
It is, we were not expecting that at all. So strange so see so much movements on screen but no at the same time feel nothing in my tummy! I wonder if he/she is being crazy now too and I just don’t know 🤣 Thank you hun, hope you and your little ones are doing well 🥰
Yes, that's exactly it....they are literally doing somersaults and we have no idea and it takes soooo long until we do. It's just magical!!🤩🥰 I bet you can't stop lol at your pics. We had a couple of cheapie private scans and I still look back at the videos not believing!! We are doing good thank you.xxx
Yes I have around 10 photos and keep looking at them but I must stop because I don’t want to damage them 😂 i took photos of the scan photos with my phone so now I can just watch them on my phone. My husband took a video of the baby kicking and jumping backwards so that’s a plus too. It all sounds so stupid! 🤪
