7 weeks and 2 days

I’ve not really had any symptoms today and obviously my anxiety is through the roof.

I vomited yesterday morning because I was hungry I presume, today I woke up and wasn’t really hungry, I’ve had no nausea and not really passed urine as much as I have been. Also my boobs are a little achey when I touch them but not as much as they have been.

We’ve been to our friends today and have been helping them strip wallpaper as they’re renovating their house. Tonight the bottom of my back hurts a little and I’ve had the odd twinge in my tummy. I’ve taken a test and it still says pregnant but I know that if it’s a missed miscarriage it’ll say pregnant for a while anyway.

I have a 9 week scan in a couple weeks but I can’t shift the feeling of something being/going wrong 😩

Symptoms can come and go. Hopefully nothing has gone wrong. Your back pain might be from wall paper stripping? And I think you need to be a bit more careful on how much you’re doing in this early stage- hopefully not overdoing it. There’s not much you can do so early on except wait and pray. If you really can’t stand it you can always get a scan at your local epu

Try not to read to much into symptoms. Some people have loads, some none, and some a few. Not sure of your history but I believe the miscarriage rate drops after a successful viability scan and each scan thereafter. Saying that I worried too and didn’t tell family until after the results of the Harmony test and most people until 20 weeks. Take each day at a time. Don’t forget you can usually access fertility counselling via your clinic or via the NHS once you have had your booking appointment. Wishing you well for your next scan x

Thank you, I’ve got a few pelvic twinges tonight that I’m hoping are just normal growing pains. I really really want to enjoy being pregnant, just don’t know when I’m going to get to that point x

Are you taking progesterone? That personally gave me a lot of cramps, particularly at night. I found some very gentle pilates would help.

Yeahh I’m on progesterone. That’s what I’m putting my achey boobs and bloatedness down too xx

if you feel super uneasy, book a private scan to ease your mind, I had 2 before 9 weeks with our first lol. Other than that, the morning sickness is the worst so enjoy each day you get away without it, easy to say when you feel worried but you'll know about it when it hits you xxx

I had a scan at 6 weeks, my 9 week one is in just under 2 weeks, my other half would go mad if I booked another in between, especially at £70 a pop. I wish I did have the sickness I think that would give me some reassurance haha xx

I am so sorry you are feeling this way.. . I-was quite anxious too in the beginning. I had no symptoms at all and prayed for morning sickness but nothing. I would be careful of overdoing it this early and staying away from fumes etc. Your local EPU should be able to do a scan for free. I have a self referral EPU unit near me who are great! Good luck xx
