Hi everyone! I'm a little bit concerned because I've been getting a bit of on and off mild cramping I don't have any bleeding or anything else but I just want to know if other women experience this, it's really scary until the viability scan that I have at 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant on the 29th of this month xx

cramping at 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant
hi, it is common to have cramping in early pregnancy - I had very severe cramping in both pregnancies (without bleeding) and it’s just your uterus stretching and growing to make space. You can also speak to your GP or clinic if worries, they should be able to help until your scan. x
I had lots of cramping up until about 9 weeks and since then it's been much more infrequent but still a bit worrying as much as I try to remind myself that it's normal! It seems like it's really common. Someone on here told me that you worry about the cramps when they happen and then you worry when they stop happening. I've found that to be so true and it really helped me through the worry!
Hey, I actually posted the same thing when I was maybe 6 weeks pregnant. I had really bad back cramps up until about week 10. Everything fine at 12 week scan, im now 17 weeks and have the occasional cramp still. Think its normal xx
Thank you for letting me know I appreciate it xx
hi love. I had had cramps I think in exactly the same day of pregnancy. I even posted on here similar to you and was also worried. Mine were one sided and were on and off every few seconds for couple of hours. They settled after I have eaten something and It might have been digestive or not. I’m not sure but I had moved my scan up because I was worried and everything was absolutely fine xx don’t worry it’s normal to get cramps early on. Xx
Hi! It's really nerve wrecking but completely normal! I had it until 12 weeks and it went away as soon as I stopped the progesterone...Hang in there!
cramping is actually a sign of a healthy pregnancy, especially if not accompanied by blood and mild.
Thank you for letting me know, it's mild and there is no blood plus I have lots of pregnancy symptoms
apologies if you saw a previous notification that was meant for another post 🤦🏻♀️
Congratulations though, I wish there was more info on pregnancy symptoms! It seems everyone is unsure about the cramps until they know it’s actually the womb creating a good environment for baby and beginning a stretch. Believe it or not, going through ivf everyone is actually waiting to feel cramps because it’s a good sign. ❤️❤️❤️🤞
Cramping is a good sign, I know it's worrying but I had cramping quite persistently until about week 10-11 and I'm now nearly 33 weeks 🥰
