Does anyone know if Decaf coffee is helpful for a fatty liver as regular coffee?
Coffee: Does anyone know if Decaf... - Living with Fatty...
Coffee
My understanding is it does not matter but it must be taken black with no cream or sugar and it must be drip filtered.
Try glyccine supplement it is sweet and …….
Studies show glycine can help improve memory retrieval in individuals with a wide variety of sleep-depriving conditions, such as jet lag and overwork.* The benefits of glycine are not just limited to the CNS. Glycine also plays a key role in phase II liver detoxification by having a direct effect on toxin elimination or by increasing the level of glutathione.* Glycine also helps modulate cytokines associated with obesity.*
The caffeine doesn't matter but it needs to brewed through a paper filter. There are two harmful chemicals that the filter catches
Does it need to be black to be of any help?
Okay. Does that mean that instant coffee is out?
We really don't know if they filter that, so I can't say. I drink instant occasionally, but prefer to use what I can control
So cold coffee is out if not brewed through a paper filter?
Hot or cold doesn't matter, we just don't know for sure if the decaf is filtered. I suspect it is but it is not known to me. You could run it through a filter yourself and know for sure.
