Macha Green Tea

Good morning, friends.

I hope you are well in this daily journey we each take. I think I know the general guidance. Generally, is it best to stick with green tea itself and avoid the extracts, such as macha? I've not used the any such product, but it was given to me by a colleague. Headed to my hepatologist for my first annual check up since formal diagnosis next Monday. Keep up the good fight. We win the war by winning the battles. We win the daily battle by making smart choices for our mental and physical health. Take care!

It think you get it but just in case, to reinforce what you said. There have been some serious problems with green tea extract so fresh brewed is best. Good luck.
