I know from personal experience how hard this lady must have worked as I’ve lost 28kg this year following the same path. I was diagnosed with cirrhosis out of the blue (had a gallstone op & consultant biopsied my liver because he didn’t like the look of it). I didn’t realise F3 NASH could be completely reversed, I’m very pleased for this lady, I just wish my gallbladder op had been 5yrs earlier before I progressed to cirrhosis which can’t be reversed.

Thank you. Luckily I have few symptoms as yet & hope to keep it that way as long as possible by sticking to exercise & good diet. I just wish I’d known earlier.
