Fiberscan stage 3 NOW What ?

New fatty liver fiber scan stage 3 .. getting more tests done. Looking for correct info on best Detox and Rejuvenation for liver eating n supplement plan. Suggestions?

Im mother of twin 6 yrs and turning 50 next month. This is heartbreaking news to me. I don't want to do more damage to my liver. Can I eat eggs ?

I’m turning 50 in May. Just diagnosed late stage 3 or early stage 4 after a biopsy a couple months ago. I still eat eggs. I eat very little bread and typically limit myself to a whole wheat English muffin or sprouted toast a couple mornings a week. I eat a LOT more fruits and veggies (organic as much as possible). I eat raw mixed nuts as snacks. Salmon or other seafood 3-4 few nights a week. Very little red meat. I don’t drink anything but water, Unsweet tea and coffee. I do use creamer...it’s a “bad for me” thing I just can’t give up yet! I also give myself occasional cheats (once or twice a month) by eating one small bite of my husband‘s dessert, but honestly after the first 2 weeks I realized my sugar cravings were pretty much gone. Since August I’ve lost 18 lbs. I walk every single day now. We can do this!

Hi ABMAmaI'm using a supplement my Doc gave me for my NAFLD.

It is Choline. Phosphaline, brand name "Xgmogen". I take 2- 2 times daily. I finished 1 bottle & ordered another.

If you read on PubMed you will see many articles about how the essential nutrient Choline, removes fat from the liver. I hope that helps.

Also eat NO sugar or Fructose.No starches like potatoes,rice,pasta.
