Liver enzymes going up and down why?

My liver enzymes have been high for at several months (4 times over the normal level). Now all of a sudden they went down, why does that happen.

A lot of things affect enzyme levels. A couple are viral infections and toxins. Could be you've been battling a virus but it is something to talk to your doctor about. High numbers mean a lot of liver cells are struggling.
