My Bilirubin is 11.3, SGOT/SGPT levels r normal. I have Fatty liver. Calcified granuloma in segment VII is detected.

All reports of hepatitis are negative /I was on hydroxychloroquine10 days.

How much time it will take for my bulirubin levels to come down and what diet should i follow ?? Kindly suggest which fruits to avoid.

I'm sorry to have to say that you are asking a question we can't answer. A high bilirubin is often a sign of liver disease progressing beyond fatty liver to NASH where the liver is being damaged but that is a medical question to be talking to your doctors about. If you were being treated for COVID there is a lot we don't know so we aren't much help I guess but it is important to get more information about your liver's condition in order to plan next steps.
