Recently had bloodwork with an ALT of 50, bloodwork will be redone first of June just trying not to let the anxiety get the best of me. If my levels have gone up or stayed the same what is the next step?

If enzyme levels are elevated over time, your doctor will decide what next steps are in order to understand your individual situation. There isn't a single answer at this point and it all depends on all of your other tests and your history. Alt can be elevated by things like a virus, some toxin, a hangover, and the list goes on so it is just information at this point and warrants attention but not a lot of anxiety. If you want to be proactive a healthy diet is likely the first recommendation if your lifestyle is typical.
