I've noticed soybean oil in most prepared salad dressings and mayonnaise. Normally, these are ok on a low carb diet.

omega 6 soybean oil is cheap and everywhere. It should be minimized in a liver healthy diet and omega 3 should be increased. The research is clear but public policy and food manufacturing processes are not on board.
