Is anyone in the group interested in genetic research about NASH?

We are working with Sano Genetics to encourage more research into the genetics that predispose someone to liver disease. As part of that they are convening a focus group to gather patient perspectives. We want to encourage the adoption of genetic testing as part of normal patient care.

If you have experience with seeking or participating in clinical trials and would like to see that process improve your insight would be appreciated . No need to have experience with genetic research.

The group will be held virtually, and there will be a $50 stipend for participants.

Age 25-60 with confirmed NASH.

I know you see a lot of requests like this but please consider it if you fit the profile. Sano is a one of the leaders in the push to precision medicine and we are partnering with them in The Wellness League.

Message me if you are interested and I'll send you contact information.

Thanks

Wayne

Well, I guess I'm to old. I'm supposed to be starting my 3rd trial with OSU soon anyway, but I still say this is what my father and most of his siblings passed of. I hope someone steps up to the plate. Research is how we find a cure and if not one is in research we can not find a cure for this disease. Pam

I’m 61 and I did have the DNA testing show I was at increased risk of fatty liver.

I don't know if their 60 age limit is absolute. Send me your email and I'll connect you. I think you would be a good interview for them.
