Hi everyone,

This was in the news papers recently and I think it’s states the obvious by limiting when we eat and how much but it encourages fasting and a healthier lifestyle then that’s fine with me.

Here’s the article it’s in the Daily Mai, please see:

dailymail.co.uk/health/arti...

And remember folks if you want to lose weight be kind to yourself.

The article is excellent, I made a not of from the news paper when it came out. There is a reference to NHS, UK food plate.

"Meals should be based on potatoes, bread, rice, pasta or other starchy carbohydrates, ideally wholegrain, according to the NHS"

"Page last reviewed: 28 January 2019

I am looking for low carb food. From my research I have decided not to go for NHS, UK eat Well plate. As part of a course I looked at the world'c food plate.

This is almost a first for the Daily Mail - an article that is not total BS!

It is a pity they had to ruin it by mentioning the NHS "Eatwell" diet... I hope that our readers here eat an LCHF or Keto diet?
