As the membership increases, and we are all here following our own fasting journeys, I wondered if people would please say what they'd like this sub-forum to look like, and what content you'd like more/less of.
As Hidden has rightly said, this forum is for YOU the members, and we, your admins and volunteers would like to support you in your fasting journey.
Please help us to do that by saying what you would value.
Thank you so much.
Cheering you on.

Hey well said Stoozie and thats right folks you can have anything that helps you along the way so can have off topics of anything that helps to inspire you. 😊
I find this a really valuable forum, so thank you to everyone who runs it.
I enjoy reading all the different experiences and thoughts of other members, and very much appreciate people posting scientific details or studies, and their thoughts on the science of what happens to our bodies or what we can achieve health-wise through fasting.
Yes, that approach suits me, but then I have a ‘technical’ background of sorts and am not put off by scientific material accompanied by the looking up of any unknowns! . I may not understand it 😂 but I like to dig into it anyway!
I find it problematic navigating the site, I was wondering if Tabs along the top of the Home page labelled with each heading would be an idea. Then information could be entered under each heading which could then easily be accessed. Just a thought,as Admins and hosts etc, have enough to do as it is.
You can search for words like "Inflammation", "Diabetes", "autophagy" etc, and the topic tags should help - but I think the search data is not very up to date.
I still think it would be useful to have a "welcome newbies" type post to check out people who "start" from here ... if what they eat when not fasting is the same old crap it won't be too great for them! People also need to understand the change of lifestyle stuff ... if they haven't got the healthy eating bit they'll have problems, fasting or not..... (Sorry I seem to bang on about this!)
