Great, Hidden ... but why does anyone think the results are surprising?

Hi Jerry

How interesting. I was thinking whilst reading the article maybe that would be good for me because of the problems I've had with food since the food poisoning. I've found that if I've had days where I've eaten very little i.e. when I haven't had much of an appetite then I tend to feel much better.

Definitely 'food for hought'.

Thank you for sharing.😀

I wish I could join one of these experiments. I am pleased to see that the serious investigations are ongoing!

Sadly, the general public, don't take all the information in.. or follow it. It will take a LONG time for it all t be clear. HOWEVER, have to say that my six year old grandson comes out with great information, for his age, on nutrition, which comes mainly from school! About how damaging sugar can be, that is is in fruit and veg so you shouldn't eat too much, how your body burns it up so need certain things to grow and play, how important it is to be active, That if you eat too much food and sweets, and don't use it all, up you get a big tummy and can't run fast. I think there is some hope for the future. 😊
