Hi all, I started the IF in October after reading dr. Jason Fung's book. Weight 91kg. Lost 13kg but messed up at Xmas and Easter and weight has been up and down sitting at the 79kg mark, losing and gaining the same 1 kg

As soon as I eat anything carby the weight goes up again and y'day had a carb heavy meal at Prezzo (spaghetti carbonara - delicious) and tiramisu for dessert. So this morning my weight is 80kg

As Dr Fung days....when a 'feast' is coming up, fast before and after. So to help keep myself accountable I have decided to take the plunge and start full fasting again. So no food whatsoever as I want to break through this plateau. Will keep you updated on how it's going 🙂

Hi, theageach , Welcome.

I was at the top of my maintenance range for a few days… so I fasted 44 hours last weekend - I am planning to do 68 this weekend.

We look forward to hearing about your progress.
