Hi everyone,

Here's an interesting and informative article giving advice on how to best fast and the benefits, remember to introduce fasting well nourished and with a positive attitude and don't be too hard on yourself if driven by hunger to eat earlier.

Please see:

It's worth remembering fasting is not a competition or a fad it is a tool for improved health and well being. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I do not think there is any reason not to eat two meals a day forever.

I have been "not eating all day" for about eight months now.

Absolutely right Jerry itโ€™s not a competition.Every individual is different & one has to listen to their body & go according to the life style๐Ÿ˜Š

Yep ๐Ÿ‘ makes me value what I eat, and choose what will serve me best through the eating window and the fasting hours. Rather than focusing on what I canโ€™t eat in order to lose weight I focus on what I can and will eat. Totally different mindset ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘

This sounds excellent to me and so positive as we are what we eat, so good for you.

A very useful article on Fasting Jerry, thanks. Iโ€™ve been doing the 16:8 plan and have found it easy and Iโ€™ve now become used to it so much so that I break my fast when Iโ€™m not even hungry. I think itโ€™s time to consider adjusting my eating plan, Iโ€™ll try 18:6 beginning today.

Hope everyone has a good day x

Thank you MissAzzee, I'm pleased that you've found 16:8 easy and I wish you well with trying 18:6. Would you like an 18:6 badge as you deserve one?

And I hope that you have a great day. ๐Ÿ˜Š
