Pooping pants

My 14 year old son and 8 year old daughter both soil their nappies and pants and on most occasions they both absolutely stink when I go out in public with them I change them about 2 or 3 times it has got to the stage where I am changing them in the baby changing room

Are there any other issues with the children? It sounds like they are impacted /backed up with stools. You need to disimpact them both. Have a read of these articles they are extremely helpful.

Do they have sensory issues? My son is diagnosed with ASD and ADHD and has the same issues with soiling. He does not feel that he needs to go. It is to do with the Interoceptive system (Google it- the 8th sensory system) rather than behaviour or constipation. Although constipation obviously makes him worse.

Hiya how do I get that comfilm as both my son one age 6 and one age 11 they always wet them self especially when they are busy doing anything it's like they can't feel it coming
