My 6 year old grandson pees through 2 pull-ups at night. Thus all the bedding must be washed every time he sleeps over. (2nights/week). Our washer is getting sensitive and doesn't like us washing so many blankets-we may have to start going to a laundromat 😳 Does anyone use some sort of plastic pants over pull-ups?
thanks! gramma cathy

Pull-ups aren't great for night time, unless he's getting up to go to the loo at night, you are best having him in nappies.Pampers size 8 or Tesco junior nappies would be best for night time.
We used ID comfy junior incontinence pull ups (less rustle and more absorbent then supermarket ones) and a washable bed mat over the sheet so we didn’t have to strip the whole bed every time. We also said last drink was at 5 for bed at 7 or 8pm, made sure drinks were spaced through day and not all afternoon/evening and did double voiding. It wasn’t a magic fix but helped. Some kids just take a while to crack it so I hope the washing machine hangs in there!
I buy on line Google plastic pants many will come up. Drylife is one place, suprema make a specific pant for children. they are also available on eBay Amazon etc. It would be better to use actual nappies rather than pull ups as they leak less . My daughter is older and we find the x small adult sise by Haian ok if just a bit loose at the legs
