Laxido causing magnesium crystals in urine?!

Has anyone ever heard of macrogol causing magnesium crystals in urine? My daughter often gets glittery crystals in urine, obviously v painful. It seems to have started when we began regular laxido (1.5 sachets paediatric plain daily).

We've just got our first Urology appointment but I'm desperate to help her in the meantime and wondered if anyone else had experienced this.

She's not on any supplements, and I can't see any ingredients of regular food/drinks which contain it.

Thanks.

It's unlikely the macrogol will be causing them, it's not how they work. I would be inclined to think more along the lines of kidneys etc which you should bring up when you meet with the urologist.
